This policy describes how CamRef (“the app”) handles information when you use the iOS or Android version. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
The app is provided by Andrew Webster. Website: www.theappdad.com. For privacy questions, contact TheAppDad.
CamRef is built as a local reference. We do not require an account. We do not sell your personal data.
The app may store on your device only:
This data stays on your device unless your operating system backs it up through its normal device backup feature (e.g. iCloud or Google backup), which is controlled by you and the platform—not by us as a separate service.
Unless a future version says otherwise in an updated policy, CamRef does not embed third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in a way that sends your usage to us. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, the app’s store listing.
The app may open Sony’s official help website in your browser when you choose that link. Those sites have their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
CamRef is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Most CamRef data is local to your device; you can remove it by deleting the app or clearing app data in your device settings. For other requests, email TheAppDad.
If you use the app outside the United Kingdom, your information is processed on your device; any email you send us will be processed where we operate and respond from.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
