CamRef is distributed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies—not via this email for payment disputes.

• Apple: Use Report a Problem or Apple Support.
• Google Play: Use the Play Store’s refund/help flow for your purchase.

What we can help with

Installation issues, crashes, incorrect or confusing in-app text, and similar product problems. We cannot change Sony camera firmware or official Sony documentation.
